While tickets are sold at the door, we strongly recommend booking in advance, as tours often sell out and day-of availability may be limited.
The majority of our tours last approximately one hour, however it can vary due to group size and weather conditions.
Yes! Our tours are family-friendly and were developed for all ages to enjoy!
While our tours provide an excellent opportunity to see many of our ambassadors, their naturalistic habitats are designed to give them the choice to be out of view. We can’t guarantee you’ll see every animal, but our tours are still a fantastic way to learn about them.
As tours are primarily outdoors, we recommend dressing for the weather. Comfortable walking shoes are encouraged for our trail and we also suggest wearing sunscreen, bug repellent, and hats (for sunny days) as needed.
Yes, photography is encouraged! We do, however, ask that you avoid flash photography, as it can disturb the animals.
